Prefabricated large panel structure for decorative wall panels

The prefabricated slab structure is a house structure assembled with prefabricated concrete wall panels and floor slabs. It is a highly industrialized building structure system developed after the Second World War. The main advantages are that commercial production can be carried out, the on-site construction efficiency is high, the labor intensity is low, the self-weight is light, and the structural strength and deformation capacity are better than the hybrid structure. However, the cost is high, large-scale transportation and hoisting machinery is required, and the layout is not flexible enough. Wall panels are divided into inner wall panels and outer wall panels according to building functions. Interior wall panels are mainly used as load-bearing members and are made of a single material. External wall panels are generally non-load-bearing wall panels with functions such as heat preservation, heat insulation, and waterproofing. Wall panels are divided into concrete hollow wall panels, solid wall panels, lightweight aggregate concrete wall panels, industrial waste concrete wall panels, vibrating brick wall panels, etc. according to the different materials used. The connection structure of the prefabricated slab structure is the key to whether the house can fully exert its strength, ensure the necessary rigidity and the overall performance of the space. Ways to strengthen the connection:
①Weld the steel bars protruding from the upper and lower wall panels and the adjacent floor slabs;
②The four sides of the wall and the floor are provided with tooth slots to increase the ability of the joint to transmit shear force;
③ Pour the joint into a whole with concrete. It is also useful to add vertical prestressing in the wall to connect the floor and the wall as a whole.
Internal force calculation: The strength calculation under vertical and horizontal loads shall be carried out for wall panels, floor slabs and their joints. Analysis of the internal force of the wall: when the vertical load and out-of-plane horizontal load act, the wall is calculated according to the vertical members supported on the roof, floor and foundation with fixed hinges at both ends; when the in-plane horizontal load acts, the wall The body is calculated according to the vertical cantilever structure embedded in the foundation, and the influence of the joint work of the longitudinal and transverse walls and the influence of the size of the wall openings are also considered.
